He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ainer Brandt and Lily Brandt (Lake) of Virginia, Minnesota.; his wife Karen Brandt; and his brother Charles Brandt. He is survived by: his children, Julie Harrison (Brandt), Mark Brandt, James Brandt and Brian Brandt; and his brother Bruce Brandt. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
