He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bullis and Abby Bullis; his siblings, Dorothy Swift, Jean Niesche, Rodney Bullis and Marvin Bullis; his son Alan Lee Bullis; and his grandson Donald "Donnie" Lee Bullis.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Barbra Westman (Mark), Vickie Johnson, Randall Bullis (Barb) and Lucinda Dahl-Hollen (Josh); and his sister Grace Carter. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
