She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hince and Emma Hince (Bachand); her siblings, Leroy, Evelyn Prudhomme, Robert, Laura Jean Steinert, Joanne Dufault and Elizabeth; her siblings-in-law, Gordon Steinert, Paul Prudhomme and Jeri Hince; and her goddaughter Cindy Pejsa.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Noel (Joe); her children, Thomas Noel (Tami), John Noel (Dawn) of West Fargo, ND, Christine Clark (Allen) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Robert Noel (Kimberly); and her siblings, Donna DesRoches (Bernard) and Richard of Robbinsdale, MN.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
