He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Soiney and Arlyne Soiney (Lenhart). He is survived by: his siblings, Delwyn Soiney (Sandy) of Duluth, MN and Arlette Kreager (Steve) of Burnsville, MN; his significant other Pam Hruby; and his aunt Patsy Elliot. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
