She is survived by: her former husband Jake Hernandez; her husband Davin Veselka; her children, Devin, Aaron (Lexi), Shae Hernandez (Gibby Rodriguez), Gabby Bolton, Madison Hernandez and Kamdyn "Kami" Hernandez; her grandchildren, Kaden, Clayton and Declan; her sisters, Sharon (David) and Tena (John); and her nieces and nephews, Jake, Ethan, Emma, Megan, Allison, Ryan and Kade. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
