We bid farewell to Leslie Snetting of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 14, 2024 at the age of 97. Leslie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Snetting; and his siblings, Omer Snetting (Irene), Ernie Snetting (Ruth) and Myrtle Moen (Victor). He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Moe (Mickey) of Eysian, MN and Cheryl Snetting (Pat Andersen); his grandchildren, Benjamin Moe (Anna) of Minneapolis, Beth Meissner (David) of Plymouth, MN and Tyler Snetting (Heather) of Birmingham, AL; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Jonah and Adalyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service - Thief River (105 Governor St, Oklee, MN 56742). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service (420 Labree Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701). He continued to come into the office until 2020 at the age of 93, when his wife developed cancer and the Covid pandemic was rampant.
