With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Rud of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on December 18, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Harlan Olson; and her brother Ryan Olson. She is survived by: her mother Betty Olson (Garfve); her grandchildren, Hayden, Ty, Landyn Olson, Whitley, Ruby and Rowdy Olson; her siblings, Patty Tallum (Dave), Steve Olson (Lu), Randy Olson (Veronica) and Sharon Olson; and her close friend Kurt Nelson. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
