He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hagl and Luella Hagl (Meyer); his wife Patsy Hagl; and his siblings, James Vickery, Theresa Cardinal, Josephine DeHaan, Harvey Hagl, Elizabeth Sauve, Alfred Hagl, Margaret Kehn and Pete Hagl.
He is survived by: his sons, Louis Hagl of Sauk Centre, MN, Edward Hagl (Juanita) of Goodridge, MN and Joseph Hagl (Glory Leiberg) of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Brianna Hagl, Brittany DePlazes (Tylor), Joshua Hagl (Andi), Kristin Reierson (Adam), Mercedes Wilson, Jayden Hagl, Patricia Hagl, Tyler Hagl, Kailee Hagl, Brenden Hagl, Joseph Allen Hagl and Kadyn Hagl; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Emma, Wyatt, Jaxx, Kelsey, Adam, Addalynn, Braxlynn, Eva, Leland, Roxy and Lexi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church- Red Lake (112 Edward St NE, Red Lake Falls, MN 56750). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
