He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Luoto and Evelyn F. Luoto (Elkins) of Middle River, MN; and his sister Sharon. He is survived by: his brother David Luoto (Ruth); and his aunts, Sylvia (Luoto Clark) and Elaine Luoto (Nelson). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and old friends.
