He is survived by: his mother Susan La Fontaine (Ballingrud); his wife Christina La Fontaine; his children, Marina La Fontaine, Catarina La Fontaine and Joseph La Fontaine; and his siblings, Derek La Fontaine and Natalie La Fontaine.
