He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Green and Irene Green (Sterger); his wife Midge Burkholder; his siblings, John, Daniel, Henry, Charles Green, Mary Lou Larson and Joy Lynn; his half-siblings, Marlene Joliff, William and Elmer Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Burkholder, Dennis Burkholder and Rex Burkholder.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Kormick (Dan) and Paul Green; his grandchildren, Tyler Kormick (Lydia), Wyatt Kormick, Chaz Green (Katie), Brady Green and Rex Green; his great grandchildren, Aiden Kormick, Ellie Kormick and Charlotte Green; his sisters, Clara Nelson, Lois Erickson and Laurie Wilson; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Cory (John), Sharon Dahle, JoDee Loll (Rick), Catherine Burkholder and Sharon Burkholder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service - Thief River (420 Labree Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service (420 Labree Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701).
