She is survived by: her parents, Michelle Czapiewski (Burkholder) of Viking, MN and Paul Czapiewski (Catrina) of Grand Forks, ND; her children, Averi Martinez, Aubrie Martinez, Ricardo Martinez Jr., Amina Martinez, Jadacyn, James and Romio Martines; her siblings, Alexie Burkholder, Codie Burkholder (Jazsmine), Jonah Underdahl (Megan), Zachery Martens (Ashley), Cole Czapiewski, Mikayla Czapiewski, Ashley Wagner (Luke) and Dakota Green (Madeline); her grandmother Patricia Parmelee; her aunt Tracey Vincent; and her uncle Dave Johnson. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
