He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Okland and Muriel Okland (Cotton); and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Shirley Kubicek and Jamie Kubicek.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kubicek; his children, Christopher (Sharie) of Turtle River, MN, Erik of Pittsburgh, PA, Ellen Okland and Thief; and his siblings, Howard (Linda) of Anchorage, AK and Judy Benson of Winona, MN. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
