He is survived by: his parents, Kyle Qualley and Jolene Qualley (Fallon) of Plummer, MN; his sister Tera Qualley (Jesse O'Brien); his niece Fiona O'Brien; and his grandparents, Bernard, Renee Fallon of Plummer, MN, Curtis and Bonnie Qualley of Erskine, MN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
