It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Omdahl of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, born in Warren, Minnesota, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Omdahl and Ruth Omdahl (Larson); his wife Connie Arnold; his daughter Vicki "Brynn"; his children-in-law, Phil Hartman and Kathy Louise Omdahl; his brother James; and his siblings-in-law, Eddy Arnold, George Arnold, Sandy Hapka and Evie Omdahl.
He is survived by: his children, Greg of Fargo, ND and Kathy Wright (Mike) of Mpls, MN; his grandchildren, Sam (Lynn), Kevin (Madison), Kendra (Ben), Abby, Kyja, Sean and Birgen (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Gavin, Brayden, Daxton, Aspyn, Cadan, Zoey, Laci and Chase; his siblings, Meridel Smicek (Bob) and Richard Omdahl; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Arnold, Jackie Lee, Bob Filipy and Peter Hapka. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family suggests donations be given to the Thief River Falls Education Foundation or the Warren Education Foundation.
