With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Halvorson of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on October 10, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wiener and Florence Wiener (Fontaine); her husbands, Orville Olson, Jeffrey Svoboda and Morris Halvorson; her granddaughter Maizy Fuentes; her nephews, Todd Svoboda and Jeremy Lundgren; her great-nephew Jesse Baker (Matthew Carlson); her great-niece Ciara Flynn; and her pets, Brittney and Boots.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Wengeler (Adam Johnson), Nikki Peters (Joseph), Eric Halvorson and Anne Fuentes (Rafael); her grandchildren, Logan, Mason, Nolan, Olivia, Brynlee, Jenna, Halle, Jett, Skye, Annyssa and Shayla; her great grandchild Opal; and her siblings, Mary Beich, Michelle Geske (Mike) and Joel Wiener (Mary) of Willmar, MN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
