He is survived by: his wife Angela Johnson; his sons, Ezra and Isaiah Johnson; his siblings, Kirk (Carla), Craig Johnson (Pam), Wendy Aamodt (Larry) and Lori McCullen (Brian); his mother-in-law Charlotte Gonzalez; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Holien (Gail) and Rita Rose (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
