He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Holida (Heitland); his wife Elizabeth; his daughters, Kathryn Johnson, Michelle Haupt (Matthew), Abigail Lamb (Shane Jones) and Hannah Holida; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Wyatt, Cayden, Dahlia, Collin, Myles and Brady; and his brothers, David (Linda), Darrel (Karin) and Alan (Beth). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
