Duane H. Olson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane H. Olson (Taylors Falls, Minnesota), born in Osceola, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Olson and Doris Olson (Prose); and his former wife Shirley Ann Olson. He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Elliott Olson; his children, Sheila Allen (Pat), Lisa Scheller (Hans), Kyle Olson and Renee Scruitsky (William); his stepdaughters, Michele Brynteson, Kari Kleven and Angela Pitsch; and his brother LaVerne Olson (MaryAnn). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
He was a charter member and founder of the Taylors Falls School Foundation in 2008.
