She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Pacheco Sr.; her parents, Philip Reilly and Beatrice Reilly (Mallette); and her sons, Edward F. and John W. Pacheco.

She is survived by: her son Daniel Pacheco of Taunton; her siblings, Beatrice, Ethel, Joan, Elizabeth, Philip, Myles and Phyllis; and her great grandchildren, J. R., Lauren, Nathan, Nicholas and Aaron.
