He was predeceased by: his wife Anita Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Castor (Greg) of New Hope and Scott Anderson (Kellie Knudson) of Taunton; his grandchildren, Ella, Rosie Castor, Carter and Logan Anderson; his sister Bev Bies (Gene) of Canby; and his nieces, Susan Fairchild (Mike) of Watertown, Allison Nelson (Corey) of Canby and Manda Olsen (Jake) of Marshall.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (113 S Jefferson St, Minneota, MN 56264).
