He is survived by: his parents, Marvin Holter and Linda Holter (Palm); his daughters, Brittany (Cameron Peterson), Amanda (Lucas Cole) and Anna; his grandchildren, Jaden, Ethan and Emma Peterson; and his siblings, Kim McFarlane (Craig), Jeff Palm (Jodi), Val Garthus (Miles) and Ryan Holter (Valerie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
