He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcuin Kulzer and Angie Kulzer (Olberding); his father-in-law Bob "R. C." Pallansch; his sister-in-law Michelle Kulzer; and his niece Jackie Lynn Schwieters.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Kulzer of Swanville; his children, Jaime Kulzer-Worms of Sartell and Tony Kulzer (Brooke) of Centerville; his grandchildren, Evan Worms, William Kulzer and Claire Kulzer; his stepfather Wayne Meyer of Melrose; his mother-in-law Dottie Pallansch of Melrose; his siblings, Arlene Kulzer (Kelly Myers) of Sauk Centre, Dan Kulzer (Steph) of Greenwald, Paul Kulzer of Sauk Centre, Randy Kulzer of Apple Valley, Pete Kulzer (Carol) of Sauk Centre and Mary Erickson (Jeff) of Apple Valley; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Pallansch (Claudia) of Oak Grove and Cindi Schwieters (Joel) of Stillwater. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home (418 Fifth Ave SE, Melrose, MN 56352).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. If you would like to make a charitable donation, Tom's favorites were St. Jude Children's Hospital and Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
