It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Borgert (Swanville, Minnesota), born in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Borgert (McDonald) and Joseph Borgert; his father-in-law Donald McNamara; his siblings, Rosemary Borgert, Robert and Thomas Borgert; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Borgert and Colleen Borgert.
He is survived by: his wife Diane McNamara; his children, Jeffrey Borgert (Mackenzie Lindahl), Jennifer Borgert (Brian Bergson), Nicole Borgert (Tony Valkevich) and Jessica Rhodes (John); his grandchildren, Zinnia Borgert, Owen, Fintan Bergson, Nora Valkevich, Jackson and Joseph Rhodes; his siblings, Barbara Snyder (Donald) and Jerome Borgert; and his siblings-in-law, David McNamara (Edith) and Sally Borgert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
