She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Kimman and Edith Kimman; her sister-in-law Sharon Kimman; and her daughter-in-law Rebecca Koetter. She is survived by: her husband Robert Koetter (Bob); her children, William Koetter (Julie), Jerome Koetter (Mary), David Koetter (Ann), Sandra Primus (Brian), Paul Koetter (Kathy) and Amanda Notsch (Adam); and her siblings, Margaret Manchester, Reinhart Kimman (Annette), Jeannette Altenhofen (Art), John Kimman (Karen), JoAnn Belinski, Betty Johnson (Craig) and Geraldine Kimman. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.

In 2002, she was diagnosed with Parkinson's and she was forced to slow down.
