With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fern Hanson (Swanville, Minnesota), born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on July 17, 2018 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nelson and Ellen Nelson; her siblings, Anna Cockman, Jeanette Hall, Marvin Nelson, Charlie Nelson, Lewis Nelson and John Nelson; and her former husband Raymond Charles Odenbreit.
She is survived by: her husband Kevin Hanson of Swanville; her daughters, Teressa Odenbreit of Rockville and Tanya Odenbreit of Rockville; her stepchildren, Angie Hanson of St. Cloud, Phil Hanson (Khanthaly) of Sauk Rapids and Eric Hanson of Willmar; and her brothers, Gene Nelson (Ty) of Grand Rapids and Steven Nelson (Ruth) of Richland, WA. She is also survived by several grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
