He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Peterson and Ellen Peterson; and his brother Timothy Peterson. He is survived by: his cousin Fred; his grandchildren, Ellen and Louie; his children, Michelle Hutchins (Lonny) of Swanville, MN and Carl "C. R."; his siblings, Jody Peterson (Carol) of Swanville, MN and Holly Sanchez (Bram) of New Orleans, LA; his significant other Susan Kiley of Sobieski, MN; and his grandchildren, Milo, Elen and Louis Hutchins.
