She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Sorby and Birdella Sorby; and her daughter Karin Malmquist. She is survived by: her children, Mary Olson (John) and Micheal Gandrud (Jennifer); and her stepgrandchildren, Alyson Swanson (Eric), Annalise Aakhus, Caliyah, Ceyonna, Celisha Olson, John M. Olson (Kala), Michelle Bliss (Chris), Chloé, Jamie Malmquist and Ellen Gandrud. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
