He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Hoffmann and John "Jack" Hoffmann (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Appicelli; his children, Hayden Hoffmann (Meghan Ryan), Tyler Hoffmann (Katie) and Hayley Harju (Zebulon); his grandchildren, Sawyer, Nathan, Joseph, Henry, Warren and Eleanor; his siblings, David Hoffmann (Nancy), Kathleen Hinds, John Hoffmann (Joanne), Rita Bloom (Terry), Dale Hoffmann (Karel), Margaret Hageman (Patrick) and Ann Kraemer (Timothy); and his siblings-in-law, Rachel Appicelli, Steve Appicelli (Kim), Tom Appicelli (Rita), John Appicelli (Bridgette), Paul Appicelli (Heidi), Christine Metetich, Mary Patten (Dave) and Phil Appicelli (Dawn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
