He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Kulstad and Sirjie Kulstad. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Green; his children, Jake Kulstad (Kristen) and Sonja Roach (Tony); his grandchildren, John, Hannah, Robbie Roach, Ted and Alice Kulstad-LIndgren; and his sister Marianne Hilleren (Richard).
