He was predeceased by: his wife Pat (Stolquist); and his sons, Jeff and Mark Chmielewski. He is survived by: his children, Florian Jr. Chmielewski (Cheryl) and Patty Chmielewski (Michael Bell); and his grandchildren, Tony (Jamie), Tiffany (Seth), Jodi (Dan), Amanda (Paul), Ashley, Amber (Jake), Alisha (Geoff), Nick, Lexy and Kati. He is also survived by 19 Great Grandchildren.
