He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Schleicher and Martha Schleicher; and his siblings, Christina, Dorothy, Ervin and Norby.
He is survived by: his wife Lenore Broten; his son Don (Laurie) of Grand Rapids, MN; his grandchildren, Tim (Heather) of Coon Rapids, MN, Christina (Brian) of Duluth, MN and Brandi (Mike) of Bovey, MN; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Allicia, Graham, Roy, Cash and Miika. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
