He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sons, Trevor (Hailey) and Josh (Racheal); his brothers, Steve (Diane) and Dave; his parents, Joyce Kisch and Bob Kisch; his mother-in-law Mary Lou Lawton (Dave); and his grandchildren, Mason, Jacob, Owen, Brooklyn, Callie and Wesley.
