She is survived by: her husband Alan (Al); her daughter Jacquelyn (Jackie); her siblings, Joan Fay of Port Angeles, WA, Mary Ellen Reed of Sequim, WA, Tom (Judy McCorkle) of Maui, HI and Bob (Vicky) of Largo, FL; her mother-in-law Ann Crouse of Johnston, IA; her siblings-in-law, Dan (Kristy) of Seattle, WA, Scott (Ann) of Johnston, IA and Kathy Ditsworth (Steve) of Burt, IA; and her stepchild Jackie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
