She was predeceased by: her husband Robert O'Neil; her parents, Howard Hoadley and Julia Hoadley; her brother Jon "Jack" Hoadley; her son Tod Ford; her stepdaughter Shannon O'Neil; her grandchildren, Lily Ford and Robert O'Neil; and her former husband H. Wayne Ford.

She is survived by: her children, Vicki Haberman (Jeff) and Bradley Ford; her stepdaughter Kristin Otto (Dan); her grandchildren, Aaron Haberman, Jacob Haberman, Kylie Klusmann (Tyler), Catherine Ford, Tyler Ford, Brandon Ford, David Bollin (Angie), Ryan Schoen (Jacqlyn), Jesse Ehlenz (Jeff), Marie Schutte (Aaron) and Grant O'Neil; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Carter, Weston, Cayden, Jackson, Madison, Dominic, Piper, Leo and Maddox; and her niece Rebecca Garzon (Jaime Alonso).
