It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Comiel DeReu of Stillwater, Minnesota, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mel DeReu and Fern DeReu (McCall); his sister June Rogers; and his son-in-law Robert Deitrick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Hauk; and his children, Gayle Johnson (Kent) of Maplewood, Marcia DeReu of St. Paul, Rhonda Deitrick of Burlington, IA, Linda Marshall (Scott) of Mahtomedi, Brenda Guse (Rick) of Somerset, WI, Sharon Ries (Scott) of Georgetown, TX, Greg DeReu (Sue) of Wyoming, MN and Lisa Rylander of Stillwater. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great, great granddaughter and many other relatives and friends.
