He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Hofkes; his grandchild Jax; his sisters, Sue Chitty (Bob), Cindy Best (Bill) and Jenny Dreyling; his children, Kevin (Laura), Jessica Pierre, Tara Roiger and Alycia Hofkes; his granddaughter Katie Rose; his sisters-in-law, Sue Neisse, Jody Marchetti and Julie Pitkin; his cousins, Terry Walters and Terri Lynn Johnson; and his close friends, Randy Benoit and Jim Jensen. He is also survived by niece, nephews and friends.
