He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Applequist); his children, Maegan and Seth; his siblings, Sharon Ridgway (Steve), Jim Menter (Bobbie), Mike Crawford (Judy) and Marsha Crawford; his parents-in-law, Chuck and Sherry Applequist; and his brother-in-law Charlie Applequist. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
