He was predeceased by: his father Fredrick Chase. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Lisa Stang (Eric) and Jeff Chase; his grandchildren, Annabelle, Colton Stang, Sam, Zoe and Reese Chase; his mother Irene Chase; and his brothers, Fred Chase (Pat) and Duane Chase (Joy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
