She was predeceased by: her grandson Derick; and her daughter-in-law Katherine. She is survived by: her children, Denise Jacoby (Mike Annunziata) and David (Autumn); her son-in-law Jeff Jacoby; her grandchildren, Megan Pudlik (Alex), Ryan, Abby Jacoby, Ellysabeth and Joshua Triemert; and her pet Henri. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
