He was predeceased by: his parents, Orwin "Louis" Carter and Florence Carter; and his son Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his son Steve (Rebecca); his daughter-in-law Shelly; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Maia, Bryn, Jackson and Paige; and his nephew Andrew.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church - Stillwater (813 Myrtle St W, Stillwater, MN 55082). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Stillwater Sunrise Rotary.
