She was predeceased by: her son Jim Jr.; and her great grandchild Kendal Mae Breyfogle. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Holland (Greg), Jeff (Heather) and Heather Metcalf (Mark). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
