He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed and Marianne; and his sisters, Maryanne and Cathy. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Jennifer Heerhold (Jeff), Tracy Monson (Chris) and Christine Lynn; his grandchildren, Micah, Molly, Ben and Maddie; and his brothers, Jay (Wendy) and Jim (Rita). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
