He is survived by: his wife LaVonne; his daughter Kristi Hamilton; his stepchildren, Daniel Taylor (Kari) and Terry Foytek (Joe); his grandchildren, Dru Foytek, Quin Foytek, Eva Taylor and Boden Taylor; his brother Hudis Hamilton (Carmen); and his siblings-in-law, John Wheeler and Bonnie Fryer (Russ). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
