She is survived by: her children, Matthew Culhane, Kelly Tyler (Shawn) and Jeffrey Culhane; her grandchildren, Kaedyn, Teagan, Riley Erickson, Evelyn, Jude, Maria and Joseph Tyler; and her brothers, Glenn Gierok, Greg Gierok (Nora), Dave Gierok (Denise) and Mark Gierok (Jodi). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
