It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Winter of Stillwater, Minnesota, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Winter and Lucille Winter (Schettler); his sister Aggie; his brothers-in-law, Ron Bettin and Dale Venzke; and his niece Annette Revering.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Dahl; his sons, Tony Winter of Oakdale, Matt Winter of Stillwater and David Winter (Kelly) of Andover; his grandsons, Joe, Jake and Mike; his siblings, Bernice Revering (Rollie), Betty Bock (Adam), Terry Berger (Erling), Marge Bettin, Paulette Venzke, Doug Winter (Chong), Rod Winter (Barb), Mark Winter (Verna), Lynn Mensen, Steve Winter (Dawn) and Mike Winter (Cindy); and his pet Daisy.
