He was predeceased by: his father John. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Jim (Angela) and Steven; his grandsons, John and Blake; his mother Barbara; and his siblings, Lael Kay Tiedman (Michael) and David (Cami). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
