It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hector Carlos Portillo (Stillwater, Minnesota), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jose and Homero Portillo. He is survived by: his sons, Carlos and Robert (Michelle); his granddaughters, Alexis and Cassidy; his siblings, Raul, Juan, Andres Portillo and Guadalupe Carcerano; his niece Annie Sunderland; and his pets, Ruin, Dolly and Gypsy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
