He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chadwick; his sons, Dave (Susie), Tim (Lori) and Sam (Katie); his grandchildren, Jack (Caroline), Deven Evans (Patrick), Max, Reid, Aubrey, Quinn, Teagan Wewers, Thomas and Tanner; and his great grandchildren, Rainey, Sunny and Storm Evans.
