He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn, Katie and Beth; his grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Gavin, Alexsa, Tylar, Graci and Dante; and his siblings, Joy, Alan and Bonnie.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
